Terms and Conditions for BRUTE Effective Date: [16.11.23]

1. Brute we, offers unlimited graphic design services for a monthly subscription fee of $196. The subscription includes one design request at a time.
2. Payment - Clients are required to pay the subscription fee of $196on a monthly basis. In addition to the design service fee, clients are responsible for hosting and domain fees associated with website design services, as specified in the separate Hosting and Domain Agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination. Brute will complete design projects promptly and to the best of its abilities.
3. Scope of Work - Brute will complete design projects promptly and to the best of its abilities. The scope of each design project should be clearly communicated by the client. Any revisions or additional design work may not incur extra charges.
4. Communication - Clients are required to use WhatsApp, email, or Trello as the primary communication channels for design requests, feedback, and project management.
5. Intellectual Property - All designs and related materials remain the intellectual property of Brute until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients will have a non-exclusive license to use the design materials for their intended purpose.
6. Confidentiality - Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of this Agreement.
7. Termination - Either party may terminate this Agreement with a 30-day written notice. Brute reserves the right to terminate the Agreement in case of non-payment, violation of terms, or other justifiable reasons.
